How happly works

Happly shows candidates the jobs that are a perfect fit. Direct, mobile applications are possible straight away.

Thanks to happly’s crawling function, job vacancies are highlighted, prepared in a standardised way and transferred to the app. The intelligent algorithm ensures excellent matches.

After the application has been drawn up, the company receives an anonymous applicant profile that can be activated if required so that they can make contact.

If candidates are found, companies pay commission totalling 15% of the candidate’s annual salary. The applicant receives attractive commission from this.
