At Happly, we strive to provide high-quality products and an excellent customer experience. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we're here to help. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully to understand your rights and options.
1.General Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on products that have been opened or used. However, we do offer solutions in cases where there is a mistake with your order or the product is damaged during shipping.
2.Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue.
To initiate a claim for a damaged or defective item:

- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective product.
Once we verify the issue, we will offer one of the following options:
- A replacement of the same product, if available.
- A store credit for the value of the product.
- A refund to the original payment method.
3.Incorrect Orders
If we send you an incorrect item (for example, the wrong flavor or size), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement or refund for the incorrect item.
To initiate a claim for an incorrect order:

- Include your order number and details about the incorrect item received.
We may ask you to return the incorrect product before issuing a replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for these cases.
4.Non-Refundable Products
Please note that we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on the following:
- Opened or used products
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago
- Gift cards and promotional items
5.How to Request a Refund or Return
To request a refund, return, or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order at help@gethapply.com.
- Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
- For damaged or incorrect products, include photos of the product and packaging.
Once we receive your request, we will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
6.Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.
7.Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process to receive a refund or store credit, and then place a new order for the desired product.
8.Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: If you are returning a product due to damage or an incorrect order, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Customer-initiated Returns: If you are returning a product for any other reason (such as a change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
