Happly Subscription Policy (“Subscribe & Save”)
By enrolling in Happly’s Subscribe & Save program (“Subscription”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1.Subscription Benefits
- Subscribers receive an automatic discount (as advertised) on eligible products.
- Subscriptions provide the convenience of recurring deliveries at the frequency you select (e.g., every 14, 30, or 60 days).
- Additional promotions, offers, or loyalty rewards may not apply to Subscription orders unless specifically stated.
2.Order Processing & Payment
- By enrolling, you authorize Happly to automatically charge the payment method on file for each recurring order until you cancel.
- Charges will occur on the day your order is processed, prior to shipment.
- Payment must be successfully authorized for your order to ship. If payment fails, your shipment may be delayed or canceled.
3.Shipping & Delivery
- Subscription orders ship to the shipping address on file at the time of processing.
- Standard shipping rates and timelines apply unless otherwise stated in your Subscription confirmation.
- Currently, Subscriptions are only available for delivery within the United States (subject to change).
4.Managing Your Subscription
- You can update your Subscription (including product selection, delivery frequency, payment method, or shipping address) at any time through your Happly account portal.
- Changes made less than 48 hours before your next scheduled order may not apply until the following cycle.
5.Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your Happly account portal or by contacting our customer support team.
- To avoid being charged for your next scheduled order, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next processing date.
- Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled, and the standard return/refund policy will apply.
6.Program Changes & Termination
- Happly reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Subscribe & Save program (including discounts, eligible products, and delivery frequency options) at any time.
- If the program changes, we will notify active subscribers in advance by email or via your account portal.
7.Returns & Refunds
- Subscription orders are subject to Happly’s standard return and refund policy. Please refer to our returns policy for details.
