1.Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping to several U.S. states, with some restrictions based on state and local laws regarding the sale of hemp-based products. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses at this time.
2.Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Business Days: Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
If there are any delays due to product availability, holidays, or high order volume, we will notify you by email with an updated shipping estimate.
3.Shipping Rates
Our shipping rate is applied at checkout based on a flat rate. The shipping cost will be displayed during checkout.
4.Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can track your order through the provided link or directly on the carrier’s website.
5.Shipping Restrictions
Please be aware that certain states or municipalities may have specific regulations that restrict or prohibit the shipment of hemp-based products. We are committed to compliance with all local laws and may not be able to fulfill orders to certain locations. If we are unable to process your order due to these restrictions, you will be notified, and we will refund your payment in full. We also comply with Age of Majority restrictions. Those under the age of 21 will not be permitted to accept orders with our gummies.
6.Order Modifications and Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure timely shipment. Therefore, we are unable to accept changes to or cancellations of an order after it has been placed. If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
7.Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Include your order number and a description of the issue so that we can assist you in resolving the matter. We may request photos of the damaged items for further investigation.
8.Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the product arrives damaged or there was an error on our part (e.g., incorrect items shipped).

9.Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number to file a claim.
